JOB DECRIPTION:

As a QlikSense Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining QlikSense applications, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and requirements.

2. Design and develop QlikSense applications, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements.

3. Build data models and establish data connections to various data sources, including databases, data warehouses, and APIs.

4. Implement data transformations, aggregations, and calculations within QlikSense to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

5. Optimize QlikSense applications for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data loading and responsiveness.

6. Conduct testing and debugging of QlikSense applications to identify and resolve issues.

7. Document technical specifications, data models, and development processes.

8. Provide support and training to end users on how to use QlikSense applications effectively.

9. Stay updated on the latest QlikSense features, best practices, and industry trends.

10. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to integrate QlikSense solutions with other systems and applications as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a QlikSense Developer, with a strong portfolio of QlikSense applications and dashboards.

3. Proficiency in QlikSense Scripting language (QlikSense Expression Language) for data modelling and visualization development.

4. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling techniques, and SQL.

5. Experience working with relational databases (eg, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data warehousing technologies.

6. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
